Is this service legal?
Yes, Munchspot is both legal and CAN-SPAM compliant. Our database only contains US email addresses, and all of the emails that we provide are opted-in to receive marketing emails from our partners (you).
Are emails from Munchspot active?
We check all email addresses for engagement (opens and clicks) prior to sending them. We only provide an email address to you if it is real and if it has shown activity in the past 30 days. As a result, the emails that we provide tend to have very high open rates and click through rates.
Are the emails opt-in and compliant?
